As you continue your journey, you’ll sail to the enchanting town of Bonifacio on the southern tip of Corsica. With its dramatic cliffs and ancient fortifications perched high above the sea, Bonifacio feels like stepping into a scene from a fantasy tale, reminiscent of something out of The Lord of the Rings. Wander through the cobbled streets of this historic town, with its mix of Corsican culture and stunning views over the sea. Bonifacio also offers vibrant nightlife, where you can enjoy lively bars and waterfront cafés while taking in the picturesque setting. In the evening, the town comes alive with music and laughter, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You’ll also visit the stunning national parks of both Sardinia and Corsica, where you can hike, explore, and marvel at the rugged landscapes, towering cliffs, and lush greenery that define these islands.

One of the highlights of this sailing trip is a visit to the striking Isola Tavolara off the coast of Sardinia. Known for its towering mountain, Tavolara offers a spectacular viewpoint that rewards hikers with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding islands and coastline. While on La Maddalena, take the opportunity to explore the food scene of the town, where you can indulge in fresh seafood, homemade pastas, and delightful local pastries. Don’t miss the pizza, where traditional ingredients like mozzarella di bufala and salsiccia sarda (Sardinian sausage) come together on a perfectly crispy crust. Whether you’re enjoying a meal at a cozy seaside restaurant or a casual pizzeria, the culinary delights of La Maddalena offer a true taste of teh area. This trip will be on a catamaran, which we believe is the best way to explore this unique region! Aboard the catamaran you will have plenty of space for sunbathing, leisure and fun, while enjoying the stability of the vessel which is perfect for first time sailors or seekers of a relaxed week.
